Detailed info
"This wine from the Pas Sages range has a label designed by Mélanie Arcand, artist for 5 years, based in Chambly: "There are really a lot of elements that turned me on in this project. My approach being based on the creation of universes, on the cohabitation of the elements, I saw in it such an interesting parallel with the stages of wine making." she confided.
With a generous and tasty mineral aspect, this brut sparkling wine elegantly juggles with several grape varieties including Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Noir. Canadian grapes are harvested in early September to release the citrus flavours and subtle floral touch. The natural acidity of this sparkling wine is what makes it famous."
