Detailed info
Absolutely magnificent version of a Trebbiano variety very typical of Umbria. Vinified in oak barrels and benefiting from careful aging, this cuvée seduces with its thirst-quenching notes and its finish of hazelnut and toasted sesame. You could even be mistaken for a rusty Chardo from Jura. Do not serve it too cold to appreciate all its complexity! Sublime with a cheese platter.
