One of the most prolific producers of premium wine in Chile, the Montes Alpha estate signs here a round Chardonnay. Benefiting from a proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the region of Casablanca has a cooler climate than inland, an advantage to retain a certain freshness in white wines. Enjoy its aromas of pineapple, apple and pear, all enhanced by a well-integrated woody touch. Perfect with a cheese board at the end of a meal, or with grilled salmon but also paired to a pork tenderloin stuffed with brie and mushrooms.
