Detailed info
In the old villages of southwestern France, the narrow lanes where lovers would discreetly meet were known as carrelots. This tradition inspired the name of this cuvée from the Brulhois appellation. Light and easy-drinking, this rosé is just as enjoyable as an aperitif as it is at the table, alongside a charcuterie board, grilled meats, plancha-style fish or fresh spring rolls. And to complete the experience, a few romantic ballads by Francis Cabrel seem particularly fitting, given that he hails from this very corner of southwestern France.
