Mostly planted with Pinot Noir and Chasselas, this family estate converted a portion of its 50 hectares to biodynamic agriculture when Benoît de Montmollin joined his father Jean-Michel at the head of the vineyard. Their Chasselas offers scents of pear, green apple and white flowers complete with mineral notes and nice acidity.
