Aged over 30 years, the Malbec vines give undeniable personality and generosity to the wine, totally exempt of any heaviness. The cuvee is assembled with Merlot and Tannat and reveals aromas of cedar, cassis and violet. Make it a south-west theme with duck breast or cassoulet.
