Château Coupe Roses Schiste 2022
Detailed info
A family property located north-east of Carcassonne for over four centuries, Coupe Roses owns a parcel of Roussanne offering the very distinct feature of being some of the oldest soil deterioration in the world, which always yields very singular and remarkable wines, according to the property. Aged four to six months in stainless vats and in barrels, with daily stirring of lees (batonnage), this cuvee reveals accents of acacia, beeswax and peach.
