    2. A limited edition of the Plantation range, this vintage rum has the particularity of being aged for 4.5 years in bourbon barrels and the same length of time in French barrels after having faced the waves during a boat trip. Long and velvety in the mouth, it offers flavors of plum, nuts, caramel and chocolate.
    6. By substituting wheat for rye in the blend, this distillery offers a whiskey accessible to all those wishing to get started with bourbons. The presence of toffee, honey, vanilla and sweet spices on the palate leaves a seductive impression. The oak is well balanced and the persistence is noteworthy.
    7. Bourbon from a single barrel, each bottle is bottled and numbered by hand. Rectified to a lower alcohol percentage than the original version, it expresses itself with aromas of spices, dried fruit peel, caramel, toffee and butter.
    8. Rare and high-end release of the Buffalo Trace distillery, the most awarded in the world, this 10-year-old version of Pappy Van Winkle displays aromas of coffee bean, toasted notes, vanilla and oak accents, in a balanced and exceptionally rich and persistent mouth.
    9. Undiluted and unfiltered, this bourbon is bottled by hand. Here, the wheat is replaced by the traditional rye grain, a production method initiated by W.L. Weller. Nougat, fig, date and plum figure among its fragrances, accompanied by notes of tobacco and caramel.
    10. Considered by many as one of the founding fathers of the bourbon industry, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr is also behind practices still in use to this day. Powerful and aromatic, this whiskey transmits fragrances of tobacco, caramel, sweet spices and dried fruits.

    13. Known for the triple distillation of its whiskys, Hazelburn is produced by the Springbank distillery. Aged in bourbon casks, this 10-year-old version offers tasty notes of honeysuckle, sweet spices, smoke, caramel and vanilla, lingering in a round and balanced finish.

Traditional at heart, it produces spellbinding scotches with big personalities. This version benefits from aging in bourbon and sherry casks, and offers aromas of pear, malt, sweet spices and vanilla.

Founded in 1828 in Campbeltown (south of the Kyntire peninsula), the Springbank family distillery remains one of the few to concentrate all its activities in one place (malting, distillation, aging and bottling). Traditional at heart, the estate makes captivating scotches with a strong personality. This is expressed by a full texture emanating forest flavours, but also pepper, candied fruit, citrus marmalade and peat.
    17. Established in 1828 in Campbeltown, the Springbank family distillery remains one of the last to focus all its activities (malting, distillation, aging and bottling) in a single location. Traditional at heart, it produces spellbinding scotches with big personalities. This contemplative scotch opens on notes of cereals and caramel, and also offers scents reminiscent of strawberries and ripe melon. Powerful, firm and ample, it’s incredibly complex. Very persistent, it fades into a nicely peated finish.
    18. In a smoky, peaty, salty and spicy style, this scotch comes from the Springbank distillery perched on the edge of Campbeltown Loch in the west of Scotland. Matured in casks of different origins, it should please fans of Islay whisky.
    19. Few single malts are produced under the Longrow label each year. Distilled by Springbank, these whiskies were a snub to the Islay distilleries, demonstrating that Campbeltown was capable of competing with their peaty and expressive versions. Adding notes of dark chocolate, gingerbread, vanilla and latte, the 18-year-old is simply stunning.
