Established in 1995, E9 Farmhouse is the first craft brewery to emerge from Tacoma, at first to supply the Original Engine House No.9 pub and restaurant. Following the success of its beers, distribution now extends to Canada, to our delight. Revealing the tangy aspect of cherries mixed with subtle milky notes, this beer is harmonious and precise, with a light carbonation. It will awaken your tastebuds come aperitif time or highlight a charcuterie platter to share.

Following the success of its beers, distribution now extends to Canada, to our delight. Very complex, this season fermented in casks transmits notes of citrus, cereals, apple peel and tangy berries. The wild notes are well-balanced and the finish is dry and very satisfying.

Brewed in honor of the founder of the brewery, it explodes with a magnificent nose of sour cherry and fresh raspberry, fruits that have macerated for a minimum of 4 months. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, only natural stuff in this beer which lingers on the palate with imposing acidity.

Somewhat orange in colour, this Gueuze is of great aromatic definition. Apple meets lemon and grapefruit, with toasted, funky and subtle milky notes. The bubbles are fine, abundant and light. Tense, the mouth confirms the aromatic profile and offers incredible persistence. A great beer.

A blend of lambics aged 16 to 18 months in a barrel containing berries of the Merlot grape from Bordeaux, this cuvée inevitably bridges the world of beer and wine. A very pleasant discovery where a fruitiness and an obvious wine touch emerge, in which the tannins of the grapes are also delicately perceptible.

This special edition comes from 33 barrels, 9 matured exclusively in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels and 24 matured in barrels of the same type for 12 to 18 months. The result is round, complex with beautiful tones of raisin, tobacco, cherry, peat and honey.

Made from barley from the Octomore farm and aged in bourbon barrels, this 5-year-old whiskey is one of the most peaty in the world. Woody, smoky and vanilla, it adds notes of honey and spices in a powerful and velvety palate.

Founded in 1828 in Campbeltown in the Orkney Islands (south of the Kyntire peninsula), the Springbank family distillery remains one of the few to concentrate all its activities in one place (malting, distillation, aging and bottling). Traditional at heart, the estate makes captivating scotches with a strong personality. This is expressed by a full texture emanating forest flavours, but also pepper, candied fruit, citrus marmalade and peat.

Located in the Orkney Islands (Orkney), an archipelago beaten by the winds of the north of Scotland, this distillery founded in 1798 is now on the list of the most demanding scotch lovers. Both powerful but elegant, it stands out with its well-balanced oak that does not overlap with its aromas of tiramisu, cooked fruit, hazelnuts, honeycomb and roasting.

Salty, peaty, smoky with lovely accents of caramel, nuts and orange peel, this single malt offers a seductive texture and impeccable overall balance.

First selection in the "spiritualist" series and named "balance", it is a precise expression of an Islay single malt. Distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2020 after aging in a second-use barrel, it offers, as its name testifies, a tasty balance. A rarity which has been bottled in only 325 copies.

Third and last bottling in the "Spiritualist" series after the "balance" and "harmony" version, this exceptional whiskey has aged in a sherry cask and is bursting with its aromas to gain in complexity. A rarity which was packaged in only 309 copies.

Matured in sherry casks, this whiskey is part of a unique barrel whose contents were distilled in 1991. The palate is expressed by a well-integrated oak, accents of vanilla, cocoa and spices all in a impressive length.

The fullness of this half-century-old whiskey is remarkable. With barely 215 bottles in circulation, this rare pearl offers a refined and caressing palate with flavoUrs of vanilla, flambéed banana, cinnamon and allspice. Simply grandiose!
