A blend of lambics aged 16 to 18 months in a barrel containing berries of the Merlot grape from Bordeaux, this cuvée inevitably bridges the world of beer and wine. A very pleasant discovery where a fruitiness and an obvious wine touch emerge, in which the tannins of the grapes are also delicately perceptible.

This special edition comes from 33 barrels, 9 matured exclusively in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels and 24 matured in barrels of the same type for 12 to 18 months. The result is round, complex with beautiful tones of raisin, tobacco, cherry, peat and honey.
