    1. An elegant expression of Espadín agave, grown at the foot of Popocatépetl, this unique village mezcal reflects its volcanic terroir. Ripe agaves from Puebla are roasted underground, fermented naturally, then distilled in small copper stills. Its rich and complex profile blends fruity, earthy, herbaceous, smoky and spicy aromas.

    14. Exceptional mezcal made from Tobala agave, a wild variety prized for its rarity. Handcrafted in the Oaxaca region from agaves roasted in earth ovens and distilled in copper stills. This mezcal offers a rich and velvety profile, with floral, fruity and earthy notes, accompanied by a slight smoky touch.
