    Pioneer of biodynamic principles in Champagne and rosé specialist, Fleury Père & Fils counts 15 hectares of vines in Côte des Bar, managed with great care by Jean-Sébastien Fleury and his sister Morgane. Made using only black grapes (Pinot Noir) as the name suggests, the cuvee is round, complex and long in the mouth, with flavours of ripe apple, brioche, marzipan and preserved lemon.
