    One of the youngest and most dynamic estates of Loire, Pascal Jolivet became a notable address of the center of the region. The Sélection Parcellaire selection offers wines that reflect the strong identity of their terroir. Exposed full south of the village of Bué, the 1.02 hectares of «Le chêne marchand» vines deliver a cuvee reminiscent of olive oil, cassis bud and lime, along with mineral notes of chalk.
