Since he took over the family estate, Marc Penavayre has completed the organic conversion that saw the vineyard grow to 26 hectares and ban fertilizers and weedkillers. Only yeasts naturally present on the skins are used for fermentations. Also, the wines are unfiltered and non-clarified. It's a fruity, spicy and supple expression of the Négrette, Syrah and Cabernet Franc varieties.
