Born into a family of winemakers from father to son, Stefano Caruso has dreamed from a young age of being able to make his own wine. He partnered with marketing ace Mario Minini to start his project in 2004. Made entirely with Nero d'Avola (a grape variety ideally suited to Sicily's volcanic soils), this red evokes dried fig, raisins, sweet spices and strawberry jam. Supple mouthfeel with fleshy tannins.
