Within the prestigious Bolgheri region, the Argentiera zone is the closest to the sea and enjoys ideal vine aeration as well as sun exposure superior to Bordeaux. Mostly known for their Bordeaux-type blends, fashion magnates, the Fratini brothers teamed up with famous wine tycoon Piero Antinori to found Tenute Argentiera – where this powerfully structured yet supple and elegant cuvee is produced.
