" The character of the year is clearly noticeable when tasting this next to the other Pinots from 2016 and 2018, cooler years. It has riper fruit, more volume and some grainy tannins and is serious, with the granite texture on the palate, which is what they wanted with the selection of the block where the grapes grow, very rich in granite and quartz. It gives the wine a marked personality."
