    An Alvarez-Arenas family estate, Tinedo spans 49 hectares of vineyards at the heart of La Mancha. Grown organically, the Tempranillo, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes mostly responsible for this cuvee are aged in concrete tanks for one year, with a touch of used casks. Floral, fruity, spicy and liquorice, this cuvée offers a supple and fresh attack in a harmonious whole. Perfect for pasta with sundried tomato and vegetable pesto or couscous merguez.
