    When he is not working on his South African project, Julien Schaal produces and sells Alsatian grand cru wines from distinct terroirs. The attack of his Schoenenbourg Riesling offers magnificent tension paired to a slight fizz. The flavours are reminiscent of lime, coriander and kiwi and are joined by soft mineral, salty and lacteous notes.
