The Provençal charm operates on the 30 hectares located in a cool climate terroir in the heights of the Coteaux d'Aix en Provence appellation. Farmed without the use of weed killers, insecticides or any chemical products, the vines of talented Peter Fischer have been certified organic since 1998. Made with Syrah for the most part, completed by Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. Violet, black fruits and spices guide the aromatic profile of this supple wine graced with fine and tender tannins. A fine match for Provençal-style rack of lamb or beef tournedos with pepper sauce.
