Established in Morgon, the heart of Beaujolais, for 14 generations, the Piron family to this day possesses about 65 hectares of property, a few rentals and some grape purchasing business. Specialised in the Morgon appellation, Dominique produces this cru from old vines of Gamay aged over 50 years on average. Tense and tight, the mouth offers flavours of beets, blueberries and violet.
