Lake Sonoma Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma County 2014
Detailed info
Respectively owner of Quail's Gate and former president at Mission Hill, Tony Stewart and Dan Zepponi are the creators of this Sonoma Valley project, but also the duo behind the launch of Plume Winery, located north of Sonoma, in Alexander Valley. The latter offers fertile soils and a particularly warm climate, both ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon, which makes up this cuvee. Aged 18 months (80% French casks, 20% American), it presents ripe fruit, well-dosed wood and lasting flavours of cedar, cassis and eucalyptus.
