This is one of the Prosecco world leaders. On this succession of very abrupt hills called Guia, Marai remains the deepest valley. Associated to Foss, the local dialect name for ditch, Foss Marai is a Venetian property created at the beginning of the 20th century. The abundant bubbles of this cuvee lead way to a mouth where bitter almond, white fruits and white flowers take over. A classic crowd-pleaser as an aperitif.
