    Charles Bonvin Fils is the eldest wine estate of Valais. Of their properties, Brûlefer is named after the illustrious Sion hillside where the four hectares of terrace vines are fed by a slaty soil under a scorching climate. Yet their white displays great freshness and reveals accents of lime and peach, joined by mineral and saline notes.
