Jean-Christophe Perraud realized a childhood dream when, in 2005, he took over the family estate located in the south of Burgundy. His rigour allows him to enhance Burgundy grape varieties like this Aligoté with a honeyed, floral and fruity profile. A truly attractive white, balanced and with beautiful persistence. It’s the art of Perraud!
