This pink festive and natural cider is produced using the Traditional Method (second fermentation in the bottle). The nose brings to mind  rhubarb, cranberry and strawberry, while the mouth reveals fine bubbles and a refreshing acidity. The finale shows hints of pomegranate with a beautiful bitterness. «
