Seventh-generation winemaker, Alexandre Gendrier met Paulina on a trip to Quebec in 2007. Since then, she has been working with him at Domaine des Huards, which has been owned by the family since 1846. No synthetic chemical products are used and fermentations are conducted with natural yeasts.
