    Taken over by Jeff and Amy Burch, known for their brand Marchand & Burch, a joint effort with Quebec-born Pascal Marchand, MadFish takes its name from a remote bay on the south-western part of Australia. Aged in American and French barrels, this nicely-coated Syrah unveils notes of cocoa, black fruits, pepper and eucalyptus.
