Family-owned from father to son since it was founded in the late 19th century, Menti is now run by Stefano, who has started organic conversion of all vineyards in full respect of biodynamics. This cuvée made entirely of Garganega was hand-harvested and fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts. Unfiltered, there is an invigorating and slightly sparkling purity of the fruit, as it unveils notes of green apple and white flower.
