Spiritual cradle of the Bobal grape variety, the Manchuela appellation is experiencing a recent success thanks to easy-drinking wines with crunchy fruitiness. The altitude at which sit the vines isn't foreign to the style of this cuvée, while a very modest alcohol level says a lot about the freshness reigning over the vineyards. We like how lively it is on the attack, as well as its scents of wild strawberry and pink pepper. To be served chilled. A delight with pork chops on the BBQ.
