A rising star in New Zealand's wine industry, Dominic Maxwell (NZ winemaker of the year 2018) is part of the equation behind this cuvee featuring Pinot Noir. A result of organic culture, the wine enjoyed 10 months of aging in French casks. Although it possesses quite an assertive personality, this red doesn't lack in elegance. Fragrances of black cherry and plum are joined by scents reminiscent of mild spices, all in a mouth full of flexibility.
