Well-rooted in the Niagara peninsula, the Speck family has played an important role in the establishment of the Vintners Quality Alliance (VQA), the Canadian equivalent of European AOC as founding member. The élevage for this cuvée was done in stainless steel casks, revealing a lively and supple mouth featuring flavours of honey, mint, passion fruit and lemon.
