Former right-hand man of Telmos Todriguez, Juan Antonio Ponce founded his own wine business with a few years ago with his father. Thanks to the altitude of the Manchuela vineyard, to the west of Valencia, and his minimalist approach, he manages to make cuvées with an easy-to-digest profile and very expressive of their original terroir. Indigenous yeasts, unfiltered and unglued, minimal addition of SO2... This 100% Grenache expresses itself in a convincing fruitiness and is quite charming with its spicy nuances. Serve chilled with veal chop or all-dressed homemade pizza.
