    The small Savoyard family business of 10 hectares converted to organic back in 2009 and is today managed by brothers Étienne and Raphaël Saint-Germain. Totally thirst-quenching, it offers scents of raspberry and cherry, joined by a delicate touch of spices in a mouth featuring tender and supple tannins. Serve slightly chilled on its own or with charcuteries.
