Laurent Gauthier continues the family tradition with this thirst-quenching Gamay. With little intervention as possible, he highlights the Côte du Py terroir, the original hillside and hub of some of the most qualitative cuvées of the Morgon cru. His vines are perfectly planted halfway on the hill and enjoy the bright south-east exposure. Delicious paired to mustard-pork filet or beef tartare. Serve it slightly chilled.
