Coming from the cradle of Italian orange wines, this cuvée highlights the typical Ribolla Giala grape. The wine benefits from a skin maceration of around thirty days before continuing its aging in barrels for a year, where the malolactic fermentation will also take place. Unfiltered, the wine is delicious and offers an impeccable balance with just the right amount of tannic material. Be careful not to serve it too cold! A winning duo with a seafood pizza.
