Born from a greener philosophy, the old vine varietals were grown under biodynamic guidelines. Indigenous yeasts did their thing during winemaking, then the wine was aged partially in barrels and in terracotta amphora. Dominated by Merlot, this wine is all-fruit without forgoing a classic signature, featuring accents of cigar, undergrowth and a faint floral touch.
