A leader in Quebec wine production, the Du Temple-Quirion family surprises once again with this elegant bubbly. Made with equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the secondary fermentation is done in bottle according to the traditional Champagne method. The wine is then aged for 20 months on fine lees, contributing to its delicate brioche character. It reveals aromas of peach, red berries and flowers. The finesse of its bubbles, its freshness and round mouth make it the perfect partner for salmon, a lobster salad or tomato-bocconcini bites.
