Detailed info
Winemaker's note: Vin Gris is a rosé wine, with a pearl pink colour, inspired by the wines of the south of France. The secret of this wine lies in careful harvesting and pressing. The grapes are gently placed in the press to avoid crushing. The extraction of a fine, pale juice is possible when the grapes are crushed and pressed quickly. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats and bottled shortly afterwards to retain all its freshness.
