The delicate pressing carried out on the Pinot Noirs of the Fouassier family gives it a pretty light shade and an aromatic profile reminiscent of strawberry, flowers and pink pepper. Vibrant and dry, it perfectly matches the image we have of a rosé meant for the table. Beautiful pairing alongside a tomato tart or a prosciutto and arugula pizza.
