Domaine Olivier Pithon MAC 2 2023
Detailed info
Younger brother of the talented Loire winemaker Jo Pithon, Olivier studied in Bordeaux and Beaujolais before starting his own winery in the hills of Roussillon. A skin contact maceration of the muscat grape followed by two years of barrel aging, this orange wine has notes of white and candied fruits combined with spicy aromas. Perfect to give another dimension to Asian cuisine.
