Léo Dirringer's family estate, which has been in conversion to organic farming for three years, extends over some forty parcels of hillside land. Having recently taken over the reins of the estate, Léo brings his own vision and flavour to it, with wines that are free of artifice, steeped in their terroir and frankly accomplished. His Riesling is a fine example of purity with its hints of lemon, passion fruit and floral and vegetal notes. Pure juice indeed!
