Here is a special cuvée produced at Domaine Léon Beyer which allows us to flirt with the divine Riesling, while it has enjoyed a few years of in-bottle aging. Carefully chosen from the best slopes, some of which are classified as “grand cru”, the fruits of this harvest offer us a very pleasant balance and highlight the typical varietal identity. The scents of candied citrus fruits, fresh almonds, lime and honey flowers are joined by a minerality that makes us salivate. A successful match to pasta with prawns and lemon zest.
