    A fusion between the family properties of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation (the Manciats in Charnay-lès-mâcon and the Poncet family in Vergisson), Domaine Manciat-Poncet is one of the stars of the Mâconnais. The Bussière vineyard, facing the Vergisson rock and covering 130 hectares of vine, gives this estate a taste of its Gamay. Tense and perfectly easy-drinking, this red tastes of wild strawberries, cherry and peony. Served with pork tenderloin or bruschetta, it will be at its best!
