    Produced from young vines cultivated biodynamically, this cuvée is vinified naturally using indigenous yeasts while retaining a portion of whole bunches, offering a generous but supple profile. We happily find here the charm of the wines of the south but in an impeccable balance. Truly ideal with pork chops grilled on the BBQ.
