    Detailed info

    Although we often associate Zinfandel to very ripe and jammy wines, this red is not the case. It displays nice tension and balance, with aromas of dried fruits and spices, a touch of tobacco, venison and leather. The whole is sustained by some barrel-aging that leaves ample room to the varietal expression. Perfect for stewed red meat dishes.
