Located very close to Mont Ventoux in the Rhône valley, Domaine de Bonpas echoes the eponymous La Chartreuse, a former fortified monastery where the cultivation of vines and olive trees has always been at the heart of activities. This blend happily combines the classic Syrah and Grenache grape varieties with Mourvèdre, which adds personality. A wine that will accompany just as much grilled sausages, a homemade burger or pork chops with herbs.
