All of those who love the Jura wine region know of the Domaine Jean Bourdy in Arlay. The estate belongs to one of France's eldest family of winegrowers and is run by Jean-François and Jean-Philippe Bourdy, members of the family's 15th generation. In October 2010, their winery and biodynamic wines received the strict Demeter certification. Made from Chardonnay, this crémant features fine bubbles and fruity and mineral notes.
