Forerunner of quality Gamays in Côte Roannaise, a region attached to the Loire, Robert Sérol has passed on passion and rigor to his son Stéphane, now in charge. Completed in bottles, the fermentation traps the fine bubbles of this cuvée and gives it its unique character. Along with red berries and watermelon scents, it offers refreshing acidity to a delicate ensemble that will enhance tomato and bocconcini skewers or goat cheese and strawberry blinis come aperitif time.
