Jewel of the Jura vineyard, Rolet Père et Fils represents the second largest wine estate in the region with 62 hectares. Second fermentation and aging on slats for 40 months. This bubbly is essentially composed of Chardonnay with some Poulsard and Pinot Noir. Ample, saline and fresh, the palate reveals notes of ripe apple, toast and shortbread cookies.
